Writers on the Communications Team will craft captions, website and app copy, event blurbs, emails, testimonials, and/or sermon notes.

Greeters will welcome families and check-in children as they arrive and leave.  

The Client Advocate meets with the client following the attorney appointment to confirm the client's understanding of their next steps and need for additional resources. May also be asked to pray with the Client before leaving.

Oversees operations, logistics, scheduling, and volunteer management while ensuring the food truck is stocked and ready for each event. 

Set up and remove cones, signs, and barriers, keep the parking area organized, and report maintenance issues.

Hospitality ambassadors are equipped to communicate with visitors or new members on how to get connected with Progressive, and host any visitors and/or group visits at Progressive.

The Rehearsal Coordinator manages rehearsal logistics, prepares spaces, communicates schedules, tracks attendance, and ensures productive sessions.

The Prayer Champion prays over the space, team before opening and prays with clients after their meeting with the attorneys and advocates.

Event Parking Coordinators plan and manage parking logistics for special events, coordinate volunteers, and oversee overflow parking.

The Music Librarian organizes and maintains the music library, distributes materials, ensures copyright compliance, and sources new music.

Maintains worship technology, provides technical support, trains team members, and ensures systems are updated and functional.

Parking Ministry Greeters welcome attendees, provide directions, and assist individuals transitioning from vehicles to the church.

Works with the clinic director to develop a marketing campaign for the clinic.

The Rehearsal Support Volunteer ensures technical readiness, assists with rehearsal schedules, and collaborates on stage setups to support smooth worship services.

Welcomes guests, explains process, collects client co-pay, helps with registration, and prepares documents for client appointments.

Builds partnerships, coordinates outreach efforts, and fosters collaboration between the church and community. 

Provides directional support for members and visitors.

Attorneys provide limited scope/engagement services for 45-minute assessment of need to create a custom client “action plan” that empowers the client with a path toward resolution. Active law license required.

Drives the food truck to scheduled locations, ensures vehicle maintenance, and assists with setup and breakdown. Keeps the truck clean and organized for smooth operations.

Relay instructions, manage team communication, and provide updates on traffic flow and parking availability.
